Students who have simply passed Matric from the Federal Board can apply for the applicable Punjab Medical Faculty (PMF) courses — the Matric group does not matter, so Arts, Science and Computer Science students are all accepted, and Matric percentage does not block this rule. This applies to the applicable PMF courses specifically, not automatically to every GIMS program, and the usual required documents must still be submitted with the application.

Matric-based applicants need their Matric Result Card, Matric Certificate, Applicant CNIC/B-Form, Father/Guardian CNIC, Domicile Certificate and passport-size pictures. F.Sc/F.A-based applicants additionally submit their F.Sc/F.A Result Card and Certificate. The Admission page shows the exact list — and the exact photo/copy count — for your selected program.

For Nursing programs (LHV, CNA and CMW): 12 passport-size photographs are required, a white dupatta or white scarf is mandatory for Nursing applicants, and 12 copies of each required document are required. For all other programs (Pharmacy, Dispenser, MLT, RIT, OTT, Dispenser and other applicable courses): 6 passport-size photographs are required, and 6 copies of each required document are required.
